I apologize for not knowing the gentleman's name, but we enjoyed the opening act tremendously. Normally opening acts are okay, he was definitely funny and ushered Kodo right in! Erykah B. was some kind of special, as forever not always. They didn't need an orchestra at all, she gave and gave and gave unforgettable concert. The band and background vocals carried her creativity well, what a perfect fit! This is counting back to the years of the Jackson Five; tee-shirts were passed out after the concert for all of the attendees. Kodo was all that we expected, "himself in the now" and he's still in a league of his OWN! Thank you all for another good memory. It was MUSIC at its best; the orchestra took it over the t-o-p top and beautified it ALL. God bless each one of you and your families forever. We cheerfully celebrated our 11th anniversary without disappointment and our travel to NYC was worth every nickel. I have been going to concerts 4ever and never got a tee shirt given to me. We purchased the tickets to be entertained by Kodo and he gave us himself and all those gifts in return. I'm still excited about that night in its entirety. So much was provided for the price of a NYC ticket, thank you Kodo for the glimpse.
